Hi Alan, welcome to the forum. I have always found with most companies that if you ask nicely, they will usually do their best to help. With that in mind, I emailed Carlsbro to enquire about a manual and was delighted to find a return email from their Support Manager this morning at work, with a freshly scanned user manual attached.
