And if u have finished downloading and the MD5 doesnt match then its not the original one. However, to tell the truth as long as it is 2385.99 MB (X86 version), I dont see anything to really be worried about. But its still better to look for the original one, in this case the ZUKO DVD.

Service packs come out for windows systems at least a few months after the release of the OS, they are big updates that sometimes provide more features to the system, squash bugs, and is a rollup for all previously released updates for the OS, so don't expect a service pack for a while.
