Trust me this album is a masterpiece (and definitely one of the best of 2004)! On a scale from 1-10, I give it an 10 (no doubt!) There isn't a single bad track; all songs are exactly how they should be. Jem Griffiths' voice is throaty, soft and gentle and it can be observed the perfect harmony between her voice and instrumentation. Here you can find a stylish and sophisticated blend of trip-hop, rock, reggae and folk-pop. Also she wrote all the lyrics of the tracks on the album. A short 'description' of the songs: 1. They: my #2 favorite; hypnotic, intriguing, electro, a bit classical; nice touch the children chorus!
Come on Closer: amazing guitar riffs, 'hot' lyrics, nice trip-hop style 3. Finally Woken: very calming but the rhythm get faster at the end.
Save Me: catchy song, she really lets go on this one 5.
